Where does Artist Paper Club ship?

Artist Paper Club currently ships Australia wide.

Internationally we ship to United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France and New Zealand

When will my order ship?

95% of orders begin the order process within 24 hours of the working day your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is located in stock. If an item you have ordered is not currently in stock, you will be notified by email and refunded if you have been charged.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer $7 flat postage within Australia.

For international orders, we offer $25 for 500gm as a standard rate, $5 for each additional 500gm.

Standard domestic (Australia wide) shipping is free for product orders of AUD $70 or more (including GST). Bag subtotal must be AUD $70 or more after coupons and discounts to qualify. Only applies to products ordered from dev.artistpaperclub.com.au that are shipped to addresses within Australia. The ‘free shipping’ option is automatically applied at Checkout. Most Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post’s service.

Customers residing outside Australia should be aware that their local authorities may charge tax or customs on purchases. While it is not ArtistPaperClub’s responsibility to charge or collect this potential tax, we alert customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on this issue, we suggest you contact the relevant authorities in your state or country directly.

How long does shipping take ?

If you live in Australia, all domestic orders have an estimated delivery time frame of 2-7 business days. This service provides a tracking number upon dispatch.

If you live outside of Australia, International orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard with an estimated delivery time frame of up to 18 business days worldwide. This service provides a tracking number upon dispatch.

Please be aware, these times are estimated delivery times only and orders can be subject to delays due to Covid-19 disruptions, weather, customs clearances or other unforeseen circumstances.

I’m having problems tracking my order, what can I do?

In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status on their website. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please get in touch at artistpaperclub@outlook.com

An order placed by you on the website for Artist Paper Club products is only an offer by you to purchase an Artist Paper Club product for the price (including other charges) as displayed on the website. Artist Paper Club reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason whatsoever. Your purchase contract with Artist Paper Club will only come into existence when Artist Paper Club advises you that it has accepted your order and it has confirmed receipt of your payment.

*Important note: If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel or school, the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

Artist Paper Club will make every effort to deliver on time. However, Artist Paper Club shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment.
